Please be aware that Sintio provides multiple subscription plans. Technical support is included exclusively in the sintio.pooling and sintio.fullservice plans. For all other plans, support requests must be directed to the charging station owner, the property management or the power utility.

To help Sintio assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your email:
